System theory and characteristic:
PV power station can connect 4/6 solar cells array at the same time and provide one circuit DC output channel, main controller adopt indusrty MCU, by check judge ambient temperature, battery and solar cells voltage and current, contol IGBT or MOSFET device turn on or turn off, arrive various control and protection funcation. When battery voltage raise, one by one turn off solar cells array, decrease charge current; When battery voltage decrease, one by one put into solar cells array, raise charge current.
When battery lack electricity can't arrive setting discharge capacity, controller send low battery single, if you still use controller will turn off battery's discharge return circuit for protecting battery.
The controller have complete protect from surge, lightning stroke, short circuit, connect reverse and over load and so on, can match RS232/485 communication interface, LCD multifuncation display, charge tempearture compensation, MPPT max power track and ABM type advance battery management system.
