Scope of Supply:
1-Brand new engine and brushless AVR controlled alternator
2-Set mounted Smartgen Auto Controller
3-MCCB(Circuit Breaker), Emergency stop button, low oil pressure shutdown, high engine temperature shutdown.
4-Rubber Anti Vibration Mounts and skid basefram with 6-8hours integral fuel tank.
5-Genset equipped with battery charger and 24V high performance lead acid starting batteires and connecting with cables.
6-Genset equipped with industrial silencer and flexible exhaust hose.
7-Genset equipped with fan and closed circuit cooled radiator(40degree centigrade).
8-Genset with filtering systems including air filter, fuel filter & lub-oil filter.
9-Supply relative documents(testing report, diagram, operation/maintenance manual/spare parts manuals)for engine and alternator
Optional AST & ATS Control System:
AST (Automatic Start Type Control System), Optional Automatic Start Type System is provided with a 101A control module or a DACT704 module with LCD display. When there is an interruption in the commercial power supply (or there is a start signal in other generator sets), this generator set will, subject to time delay acknowledgement (0-30 S adjustable), be automatically started (1-8 times adjustable). In addition, it is provided with a basic protection function and digital or meter indication of voltage, current, frequency and rotation speed parameters. ATS (Automatic Transfer System), The optional system is provided with a fully automatic transfer switch, a control electric apparatus and an indicator light on the control panel and is coordinated with an automatic type contral cabinet, thus serving the fuction of automatic changeover between the power supplied by the grid and the power generated by the genset.
Warranty:
2 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; After the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices
