Standard controlling system
Display: Voltage, current, frequency, temperature, oil pressure.
Protection: Over speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature shutdown.
Alarm: Over speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature alarm.
Supply Scope
1. Brand-new engine, with start motor.
2. Brand new brushless alternator, single bearing, flange connection, IP23, H insulation class, with AVR.
3. Heavy duty steel channel base frame.
4. Heavy duty industrial type silencer with flexible bellow.
5. Vibration damping supports between Engine/Alternator and base frame.
6. Radiator with safety guard.
7. Automatic strat control panel, Smartgen brand HGM6110 model as standard supply.
8. High capacity lead acid battery c/w battery cables.
9.3-pole output circuit breaker.
10. Below 300KW, skid-mounted bottom fuel tank for 8hrs full load as standard supply. Above 300kw, storage fuel tank is provided at extra cost.
Control system:
1 a) Automatic alarm system: The unit has the acousto-optics alarm system and arrestor for any situation as the start defeat, the water is over temperature, the oil pulls down, over speed, over load and over current
B) Operation display:
I) Unit voltage, tri-phase load current and frequency display
Ii) Water temperature, oil pressure display
Iii) Fuel level, fuel temperature display
Iv) Audible and visual alarm lamps and buzzers
2 Starting system: DC alternator is used to start engine
3 Short circuit protection: MCCB air switch
4 Cooling system: Combined cooling water tank fitted to meet the requirement of radiation at ambient temperature 40° C
Commercial Conditions
1. Port of loading: Fuzhou port

3. Delivery time: 15-40 days after down payment
4. Payment terms: T/T 100% down payment or 30% deposit, 70% before delivery out of factory
5. Insurance: 110% of total amount
6. Failure Remedy: Free spare parts due to failures cause by the quality
Warranty
The goods are under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever come first from the date of delivery to the end user except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation, and that the aforementioned warranty for the same taken is back up by the engine and alternator suppliers.
