Shandong laiwu jinlei wind power technology Co., Ltd is specialize in producing rotor shaft of wind power generator is located in Gangcheng District Laiwu City Shandong province, and with registered capital of 30 million RMB, total assets of 220 million RMB.
The total area of our company is 73370 square meters, including 30, 000square meter for building area. Now there are 360 workers in our company, including 136 professional technicians and engineers.
Our company has one set of 4000T open die press machine, and one set of 50t Forging Manipulator, three sets of 50t travelling cranes, 4 sets of gas heating furnaces, 6 sets of post forging heat treatment furnaces, 8 sets of electric resistance furnaces and various kinds of machining, heat treatment equipments.
More over, we have established physical& chemical labs with advanced instruments of UT \ Impact testing machine\ Universal tensile testing machine\ Metallographic Microscope and C&S analyzer etc, with which the forgings can be done the tests of UT\mechanical properties\ metallographic and chemical analysis etc.
We take the main shaft of wind power generator ranging from 1MW to 2.5MW as our major products, and other heavy forgings such as forged rollers below Φ 1200 mm for cold & hot rolling. The annual capacity of rotor shaft of MW grade is 3000sets and forgings of class I to V 50, 000tons.
Our company has establishes Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and is members of both Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry and Chinese Wind Energy Association, and that of Enterprise Credit Association of Laiwu City.
We have passed through ISO9001 international quality system, OHSAS18001 safety system and ISO14001 environmental system authentications.
