BROTIE PSA medical/industrial oxygen generator for cylinder filling (More than 10 years service life of our generators guaranteed to customers)
Principles: Customized PSA oxygen generator, purity 90-95% with no purification system, capacity from 1Nm3/h-50Nm3/h, pressure from 0.1bar to 200bar, uses CECA zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Professional energy saving design provided with each of BROTIE oxygen generator system, low air consumption means more economical for customers. The BRO-CONTROL system is provided, all the parameters can be read and the operation can be actualized by one touch only. Alarming system can work automatically when the purity, the capacity and pressure is lower than required, it means more reliable and more humanistic for customers.
Optional BRO-CONTROL system, SMC online digital flow meter and a Danfoss pressure sensor and a Siemens touch-screen are added. Touch-screen BRO-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. BRO-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.
The BRO-CONTROL system can show three optional languges as Chinese, English and Russian.
