Nitrogen purification equipment
Upon different process requirements, NCHa, JNCH and NCHc type N2 purification equipment that requires continuous H2 consumption are provided for obtaining high purity N2 gas upto 99.9995% but with excessive H2 of different extent left.
(Note: 99.9995% indicates that the residual O2 content in N2 gas is 5ppm. Other non-O2 gases are taken as N2 gas)
