Working principle
Mix the nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas in proportion, and take part of the mixed gas as sample to test with hydrogen analyzer. On one hand, the hydrogen content will be displayed in the analyzer, and on the other hand, the electrical signal will be transferred to the controller to compare with the set value of hydrogen. And then the opening degree of hydrogen valve will be controlled by PID adjuster, therefore to achieve the set value of required hydrogen content.
This kind of device is widely used in eletronic industry, electric light source and scientific research departments in which precise control of mixture proportion is required.
