mashgas(Coal bed gas) is a kind of burnable gas without any color, taste and smell. it will explode if the concentration ranges at 5%-16%, and if oxygen more than 12%, it will also explode when meets the naked light or temperature between 650 degrees and 750 degrees. explosive power will be biggest if concentration is 9.5%. It will not explode if concentration more than 16%. it was generated by coal or rotten plants and exist in two states: absorbing and dissociate. China is the third biggest mashgas reserves country. Generation with mashgas not only keep the mine safe also remit the situation of lacking power. Requirements for mashgas: Within 1m to the intake valve of gas generator set Gas temperature<40ºC The ratio of CH4 in natural gas >70%; Pressure of natural gas: 3--20 kpa, rate of pressure change <1 kpa/min; H2S≤200mg/Nm3; if the CH4 covers less than 30%, the total content of CH4and O2, should not be less than 28%, the content of O2 should not be less than 16% Moisture content ≤40g/Nm3; Impurity particle size ≤5µm, impurity content ≤30 mg/Nm3 Heat value≥4.2MJ/Nm3

Starting system: DC24V electric motor,12v190 adopt ST710 of direct-current. Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow supercharger, compression ration is 1:8,meet engine's requirement for gas-flow rate.
