KX series biomass gasification furnace equipment working theory: It adopt downdraft fluid bed technique, to change all kinds of biomass material into inflammable gas, this gas after de-dusting,cooling,removing tar etc process to get high quality biomass gas, this gas is supplied to the special gas generator, so that we can get high quality electricity.
Our third generation gasification plant has advantage of compact structure, high burning efficiency, environment friendly, easy to operate and maintain etc characters, can turn waste material into new energy, gas output can be from 10M3/hour up to 2600M3/hour, and matched generator can be from 10Kw up to 880Kw.
This technique can ensure to realize continuous gas production, also it can efficiently increase the gas calorific value and reduce the tar content.
1, Occurring theory of Biomass gas :
Biomass material is put into biomass furnace from the top part of furnace, after it is dried and heated the temperature will increase, and its volatile material will have thermal decomposition, the gas after thermal decomposition with carbon with burn together in area of oxidation with air, to produce CO and water vapor.
The heat produced from burning will be used for maintain drying,thermal decomposition and thermo-negative reaction at lower part reduction part. The gas produced by burning come through high temperature carbon layer and with react with carbon layer:
(C+CO2=2CO,C+HO2=H2+CO),to produce inflammable gas with content of CO,H2,CH4,CmHn etc. At same time, the tar from volatile at oxide layer and High temperature reducing layer will get certain Oxidation and cleavage, it increased burning calorific value and also reduced tar content.
