QUALITY GUARANTY POLICY

1. Guaranteed products
All kinds of Generator sets, generators, engines, pumps, control panels and agricultural machines sold by our company, Guangzhou Laurel & Honesty Holdings.

2. Base warranty period
1)The warranty period of generator sets is 2 years or 1200 running hours (the earlier one shall prevail) from the date when the generator set have been delivered from the factory.
2)The warranty period of generators, engines, pumps, control panels and agricultural machines is 1 year or 1000 hours from the date when the goods have been delivered from the factory whichever is coming first, the warranty period will be ended.
3)Any other special stipulation according to the order.

3. Guaranty range
The user shall strictly follow the operation handbook and service statement (included all the products mentioned above) to maintain and keep the equipments, the goods has any malfunctions caused due to the manufacture quality problems in the guarantee period.

4. Limit of guaranty
1)The goods is damaged during transport, Carrier shall take charge of the amends.
2)The goods is damaged due to unsuitable setting or doesn't follow the installation manual which offered by our company.
3)The goods is damaged due to the user doesn't follow the service statement to replace the filter and lube oil in the stated period.
4)The goods is damaged due to the user doesn't use the appointed oil filter, fuel filter, air filter which mentioned in the manual book.
5)The goods is damaged due to the user make bold to replace or use the spare parts or add other equipment on it without our company approbation.
6)The goods is damaged due to disassembly parts from the equipments without our company approbation.
7)The goods is damaged due to unsuitability place, start, warm-up, stop and so on.
8)The goods is damaged due to using disqualification fuel or other substance mixed in the fuel, such as water, impurity, contamination and so on.
9)Our company shall provide free maintenance service for malfunctions caused due to the manufacture quality, but not take charge of any overhead expensed, losing and any fault analysis fee.
