Within one meter before pressure regulating valve:
Gas temperature≤ 40° C
For natural gas:
Natural gas low heat value ≥ 8000kcal/Nm3(31MJ/Nm3)
Natural gas inletting pressure: 2~10kPa (more valves shall be needed if pressure is higher).
For biogas:
Biogas low heat value≥ 5000kcal/Nm3 (21MJ/Nm3 ). (Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it will lower the power efficiency. )
Biogas inletting pressure: 0kPa (more valves shall be needed if pressure is higher)
CH4 volume content≥ 30%, change ratio≤ 2% per min.
Gas relative humidity ≤ 100%, O2 content≤ 2% vol, H2 content ≤ 12% vol, H2S content≤ 200mg/Nm3
NH3 content≤ 20mg/Nm3, solid particle content ≤ 10 mg/Nm³ ; Solid particle size≤ 5μ M

Cummins: Prime power 18kw (22.5kVA) - 1080kw(1350kVA)
Perkins: Prime power 8kw (10kVA) - 1800kw ( 2250kVA)

For GAS GENERATOR, presently Camda can supply natural gas and biogas generator from GE Jenbacher, Wachesha, Daewoo. We are the most important distributor of GE Jenbacher and Wachesha in China. Our own brand gas generator, Camda H series, is developed by us in cooperation with Cummins and has been displayed at Shanghai Expo 2010. Camda gas genset is in service in UK, Russia, Italy, and many other countries, with power ratings:
Camda H series: 24kw (30kVA) - 500kw (625kw)
Daewoo: 100kw (125kVA) - 310 (387.5kVA)
Camda also is an experienced package system supplier engaged in biogas production and power generation. We can take projects from conception to implementation, including design, project management, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Camda's biogas power plant covers landfill, farm waste, and food waste.
Accomplished around 170 biogas power plants in China.
Investing and operating 2 landfill site (CDM project), fitted up with gas generator with power output of 10 MW.
Built up a demo project processing 10 tons/day of food waste.
