2. OPERATION PROCEDURE
2.1 Make sure you are using the correct battery charger.
2.2 Check for correct input voltage on the battery charger.
2.3 Connect power to lines N & L.
2.4 The indicate LED marked "CHARGELAMP" on the panel should be illuminated when switch power on. The DC output voltage should be as follow: 13.8± 0.2VDC or 27.6± 0.2VDC
2.5 With power off, connect output terminals "+/ " to battery lead "+/ ".
CAUTION!
Terminal lug must properly and securely crimp on to wires and avoid shorted.
2.6 When Power is ON, The current will decrease as the battery charges.
2.7 "0 A" indicates the battery is fully charged.
2.8 Current limited circuits allow engine crankingand running in parallel with the charge alternator when needed.
2.9 Voltage sensing circuit automatically shut offthe power when the battery is fully charged.
3. DANGER
3.1 Potentially lethal voltages are present inside.
Do not open case and attempt any adjust or repair on this unit.
3.2 Ground terminal of charger must be take to earth well.
3.3 Avoid to place the charger in the environment such as high temperature, humidity, acid & alkali, Prevent from insolation, drench and caustic.
3.4 AC input voltage should fit the charger type. We suggest to install a protection device (such as MCCB) inter AC power and charger.
3.5 Never depart the charger.
3.6 Never change internal wiring of the charger.
3.5 Never adjust internal VRs of the PCB intentionally.
3.6 Routine-check of output voltage is necessary
3.7 This is not a power supply. Use only for batterycharging.
