Biogas Scrubber/Biogas Pretreament system/Biogas Purification system
1. Application field
The skid-mounted biogas pre-treatment system adopts the dry desulfurization system which is applicable for small industrial devices whose H2S is less than 2000ppm. The biggest skid-mounted pre-treatment system can deal with 300Nm3/h biogas and we suggest it to be used in farmland which can equipped with CHP system. In the industrial waste water biogas project, if the devices has to run long time in a day, the H2S is high and has to synchronize with the nation grid, the biogas dry desulfurization system has to be designed specifically.
The application domains equipped with small biogas generator set:
Pig farm with more than 3000 pigs
Cow farm with more than 500 cows Biogas Scrubber/Biogas Pretreament system/ Biogas Purification system
Chicken farm with more than 10000 chicken
Biogas collected from more than 200 peasant households can be used to generate electricity.
2. Application Environment
The working area ambient temperature should be in the range of 0 ~ 50 C due to the drained water from the pre-treatment. If there is any underground sewage wells, the system has to anti-freezing and anti-cracking. This system is better to be installed in a well-ventilated room.

For GAS GENERATOR, presently Camda can supply natural gas and biogas generator from GE Jenbacher, Wachesha, Daewoo. We are the most important distributor of GE Jenbacher and Wachesha in China. Our own brand gas generator, Camda H series, is developed by us in cooperation with Cummins and has been displayed at Shanghai Expo 2010. Camda gas genset is in service in UK, Russia, Italy, and many other countries, with power ratings:

Camda also is an experienced package system supplier engaged in biogas production and power generation. We can take projects from conception to implementation, including design, project management, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Camda's biogas power plant covers landfill, farm waste, and food waste.

Investing and operating 2 landfill site (CDM project), fitted up with gas generator with power output of 10 MW.
Built up a demo project processing 10 tons/day of food waste.
