Principle
Taking the pure air as the source and CMS as absorbent, PSA nitrogen generator produces nitrogen gas based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption under the normal temperature. In view of the theory that oxygen and nitrogen have different adsorbing capability on the surface of CMS and they have different diffusion rate in the CMS, the nitrogen with the required purity can be obtained through controlling the starting and stopping of PLC by programmable controller to realize the process of adsorption by pressurizing and de-adsorption by decompression.
