1.Adopt Cummins gas engine block,so the instructure is very strong. Also it is easy for customer to get maintenance spare parts.
2. Adopt advanced Hall ignition sensor and Highly capable USA Altronic ignition system, the engine ignition will be more reliable and easier to start. Besides,there is Top End Center mark on the engine,it is easy for users to adjust the top end certer when commissioning generator set.
3. Adopt ComAp Interligen/Interlisys controller to make synchronization for generator set, all the parameters can be set in the program and can realize the remote controlling through cell phone or computer.
4.The gas inlet pressure is only 2~12kPA,so almost all city pipe gas pressure can be satisfied,not to mention biogas. So there is no need for customer to install blower to increase pressure and save cost for you.
5. Electrical Air/Gas mixer. The mixer guarantees optimum air-fuel ratio to improve efficiency and reduce NOx emission. Unique air-fuel ratio adjusting system is suitable for 30%~90% methane concentration.
6. Long designed overhaul term: 25000~30000 hours
7. Comply with CE standard, ISO9001:2008 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Biomass Electric Generator Standard Working Conditions
1.Gas genset can run for continuously at rated power on the conditions of:
Atmospheric Pressure:100kPa,Ambient Temp:20°C, Relative Humidity:30%.
2.Gas genset can also run stably and reliably on the conditions of:
Ambient Temp-40°C~+40°C, Relative Humidity<90%(20°C),Altitude≤1000m above sea level.
Fuel Requirements of gas engine
1.Adapted Gas:Biogas(Marsh gas/Biomass/Methane gas),natural gas,lpg,cng,coalmine gas,wood gas,sygas,etc.
2.Acceptable Biogas pipeline pressure:2~12kPa
3.Gas heat value≥5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3 ).Genset output power will increase as the gas heat valueincrease,if use low heat value gas for fuel(Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it willl lower the power efficiency.
4.CH4 content≥50%.
5.Gas doesn't include free water or free materials (the size of impurities should be less than 5μm.)
6.Sulphur content≤200mg/Nm3, the excessive sulphur in impurity gas should be removed.
