Worksite requirements:
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required. Fuel gas requirement: The genset will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
1m distance away from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
Temperature of biomass≤40ºC;
Pressure of biomass 5~20kPa, velocity of pressure≤ 1kPa/min;
H2S≤200mg/Nm3;
NH3≤20mg/Nm3;
Coke tar content≤20mg/Nm3;
Impurities particle size≤5μm; impurity content≤30mg/Nm3;
Moisture Content of biomass ≤40g/Nm3;
biomass calorific value≥4.2MJ/Nm3. Purification of biomass gas have a significant impact on machine life and continuous running time!Warrantees:One year or 1000 running hours which comes first from genset delivery date.Operator training:Operator training would be conducted by Lvhuan technicians during the process of commissioning or Factory training course in China, customer needs to cover round flying ticket, hotel cost, food, transportation in China. Manufacturing lead time:The delivery period is within 30 days after order releasing; Packing & shipping:1) Genset would be covered with plastic film cover (dust-proof purpose only);
2) Control panel, batteries, electric cables are packed with plywood boxes;
