Performance Characteristic
1. Main structure: The laminator is made up of charging platform, laminated units, feed discharge table, heating system, control system, and so on.
2. Heating system: Oil recirculation heating. Independent heating station structure, easy to install and adjust, convenient maintenance.
3. Control system: Manipulation mode is flexible which integrates semi-automatic mode, automated mode and manual mode into one. It can realize feeding, lamination, and discharge functions, both automatically and under operator control. During the normal production we can use automatic mode which is simple to operate and has high efficiency and can also reduce labor intensity at the same time. When we debug and overhaul, we can use manual operation in order to debug and remove the bug. We can also adopt semi-automatic according to the specific circumstances.
4. Temperature control method uses PID intelligent control. Adopt the controlling technology of a multi-point temperature to ensure temperature uniformity, reduce the rate of debris.
5. Operation platform. Use Siemens PLC, high quality touch-screen operation platform. Friendly user interface, high sensitivity, convenient operation, easy to operate and set the process parameters, various process parameters are displayed at the same window, easy to monitor.
6. Laminator adopts the special vacuum valve design, reliable work, long life, convenient maintenance, ensures the high rate of vacuum condition of the equipment.
7. Cylinder self-locking. When the top cover stops rising, the cylinder will lock by itself.
8. Top cover self-locking. When the equipment power is cut off accidentally, it will not fall down.
9. When unexpected situations happen, lamination can cut off the general power while the position of the top cover remains stationary.
