I like to let you know we are always trying to improve the quality. And we are becoming one of biggest power plant in China. About the quality, we make sure that our quality is under a high level.
1) About control panel, most of China Companies put the control box on the alternator, but we make the control panel standing on the steel frame base. As you know, if the control box is fixed on alternator, the vibration from engine will be not good for the electronic controller parts when the generator is running. But our design can help solve this problem and it will prolong the lifetime of control module.
2) About fuel tank, it is our standard for all of generators. The capacity is for 10 to 12 hours continuous running under full load. But some other companies don't have this standard, and the fuel tank is very small if there is.
3) About radiator, we always add use copper radiator, but some other supplier might use aluminum radiator. We always add enough DCA into engine body when doing the testing, but some other company never do it.
4) About the noise level, we have developed new type of super silent design. We can make sure that the generator runs very well under very bad weathers, at the same time we could make the noise very very low, even 63dB noise level for some special models.
5) About shockproof mat, we use very good quality ones in order to make the vibration to the minimum to protect the generator. Right now, we use free-maintenance battery for all of the generators instead of common battery.
