Main composition of biomass gas
After being gasified, the basis of gas is CO(20%), H2(9%),CH4(12%), CO2(12%), O2 (1%), N2(52%). The lower heating value is 5-6MJ/NM^3. Efficiency of gasification: 1kg dried material can generate 2Nm^3 GAS, conversation rate is more than 85%. 1kg dry material can generate 1kw.h power

According to the situation of site we can supply you many drawings which can meet the requirement of design and construction, like power station floor plan, engineering flow sheet of circle cooling system, genset installation, genset foundation, electrical connection and some other techincal support etc.
We will send our engineer to the site to guide you the installation of generator set, subsystem and relative equipment. We will debug the generator set till it can generate power successfully. We will also supply a technical training to the operators. You also can send your staff to our company.
