Dongfang Electric Power Construction Mechanism & Tools Manufacturing Company was established in 1988, which was approved by State Power Grid Development Co., Ltd as "Sole Manufacturer of Electric Power Construction Equipment" on March 20, 2000. In this industry, our company is the first one certified by ISO9002, and it passed the ISO9001 in November 2003. On May 16, 2000, it entered into "National Information Network of Construction Technology of Power Transmission and Distribution" and "National Committee of Standard Technology in the electricity industry". In November 2006, our company was first granted "License for Production of Special Equipment of the People's Republic of China" by "General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China". In Sept 2007, our company was confirmed by "China Electricity Council", and became the first "Key Manufacturer of Power Construction Equipment" in China.

Our company takes an area of 105, 000 square meters, with the working house area of 48000 squaremeters. The invested fund is USD100 million. At present, the company has 318 staffs, including one expert enjoying special allowance from State Council, 15 senior engineers, 23 engineers, 34 assistant engineers and 19 senior technicians.

Our company has 218 pieces (sets) of various producing devices. We have an outdoor testing field with 4, 000 square meters, and with a 40-meter high testing tower (load: 40t) which is suitable for the simulated test of 300KN hydraulic pullers, 4x45KN hydraulic tensioners, electrical crossing structures, emergency restoration towers and gin poles; And a set of 1000KN horizontal tensile tester and 600KN multifunctional vertical tester for the tensile test of construction tools and machines of transmission lines up to 1000KV; And a 35MPa hydraulic testing table ensures the reliable hydraulic system.

Under the procedures of quality management system, our company strictly controls R&D, raw material and accessories. And production inspection, ex-factory tests and after-sale service ensures high quality and customers' satisfactory.

Tested by Quality Verification and Testing Center of Construction Machinery under State Power Corporation, our company has products of over 2000 classes in 23 categories, mainly used for line's foundation construction, conductor installation. Our company has the marketing network across China, and sets up offices in some provinces. And our company has established business relationship with nearly 5000 power and telecom utilities and contractors around China. Also, our company has started our foreign trade 10 years before. And the selling amount is more than USD50 million annually.
