Structural characteristics
1 According to the force distribution of blade, the variable cross-section spacer fabric was designed. The blade is integrally formed and the structure becomes more reasonable.
2 Staggered structure in the blade tip provides higher bonding strength.
3 The strength member in the windward side of blade increase the bonding area, and the bonding strength and durability are enhanced.
4 Unique strengthen structure bonding method ensure sufficient strength and the bonding surface.
Changzhou Bolong Three Dimensional Composites Co., Ltd., is located in industry area of Zhenglu Town, Changzhou, National 863 program industry base, one of the heart cities in Yangtze River Delta with developed economy. The location of the company is very convenient, just 5 kilometres from Hengshan level crossing of Shanghai-Nanjing expressway and 15 kilometres from Changzhou airport.
Bolong was established in 2005, with an investment of 150 million yuan totally, which covers 55000 square meters including an area of structure 27000 square meters. The company has now 88 sets of BLD-65 type textile machines special for production of 3-D spacer fabrics, 3-D braided irregular fabrics and their composites, and the annual production capacities reach 2.4 million square meters. As a new and hi-tech product, the 3-D spacer fabric and sandwich construction with national patents 6 items, have passed the country identification, and achieve the international similar technical advanced level. For further development and industrialization of 3-D fabric and composite, Bolong is undertaking the "Key Technologies R & D program" of Jiangsu province and the "National High Technology R & D Program" ("863"Program) of China. The products of Bolong have broad application prospect in automobile, locomotive, aerospace, marine, windmills, building and other industries. In recent years Bolong has got attractive achievement and obtained "the AAA level credit enterprise", "excellent private enterprise of Jiangsu province", "quality trustworthy enterprise", "CCE/JEC innovation awards" and so on the honors. And the enterprise smoothly passed "ISO9001: 2, 000 international quality control system authentication" in 2007.
