DWT series LV microcomputer governor adopts high performance PLC as hardware, and with the Proportional Hydraulic Servo System, it accomplish the speed adjustment and output control of the hydro turbine genset.

Normal frequency measuring range: 5-100Hz;
Frequency measuring precision: ≤ ± 0.002Hz.

Guide vane location feedback voltage: Guide vane opening 0-100% corresponding 0.5-10V
C. Dynamic and static norm performance guarantee:
(1)Frequency measuring inaccuracy <= 0.0005%
(2) The static characteristic curve from governor to servomotor side is nearly a straight line, the largest nonlinearity e<5%, static characteristic speed dead zone ix<0.03%.
(3)no-load frequency oscillation value <= +/- 0.15%( +/- 0.075Hz)
(4) When 25% rated load rejected, the guide vane servomotor's dead time <0.2 s
(5) When 100% rated load rejected, the peak number N of when the speed over 3% rated speed in the adjust transition <2, adjust time T<40 s.
D. Adjust perfermance guarantee
(1) When manual operated or auto shift operated, the opening change <= 1% servomotor stroke.
(2) When load operation, and the permanent speed droop is set to 2%, the genset output oscillation's relative value which caused by the gorvenor is not over +/- 0.25%
(3) When the genset is in the isolated grid and operating on stable load, the governor can guaratee the frequency change of the genset < +/- 0.2 Hz
(4) When cut off out the genset, and the load rejection >= 25% rated load, or when the genset is running in small grid and load change >= 25% rated load, the governor can secure that in the regulation period, the high speed is not over 140%, and the peak number in the frequency fluctuation in the process <=2, and the regulating time <=30 s, the wave hollow >=49.5 Hz.

(1)Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is not less than 30000h.
(2)MTBO (Mean Time Between Overhaul)is not less than 8 years.
(3) Utilization of governor is not less than 99.9%
(4) Life time before out of service is not less than 30 years
Proportional Hydraulic Servo System
High oil pressure Proportional Hydraulic Servo System is used to contol the acting of the servomotor. It uses general hydraulic parts, and conforms to the hydraulic technology's development trend of Standardization, internationalization, integration, miniaturization, superposition and modularization. The use of mature hydraulic unit can fulfill the need of regulating of turbine and is of high security.
The proportional valve which servomotor velocity is controled by pulse-width modulation control, can change spool's direction in a short time, which will help improve the system of regulating quality and avoid the phenomenon of oil strike.
The operating oil pressure is 10.0-16.0 MPa.
