SF-G seriers triethylamine gas generator which adopt the solution that adding triethylamine with air flow and continuous vaporizing, its vaporization heater series connect two high heat capacity cast aluminum heat-storage.
There are coil air flue in the heat storage, between the pipe, equiped electric heating tube. The first heat storage has higher heating power, set with a high Temperature, used to preheated air. Install triethylamine nozzle at the air flue inlet of the second heat storage. The triethylamine rate controled by the metering gear pump, and the air flow rate controled by the flow portional valve. Bothe set by the PLC process controller basis, the blow trithylamine process cruve. The heat that triethylamine vaporizing needs is supplied by the heat storage, the power of its electric heat element can surety the requirment of the heat that continuous blow triethylamine and vaporization. The good heat exchange condition can sure the triethylamine fully vaporize when blow triethylamine reached the the predetermined time, the triethylamine quantitative pump will stop working and the nozzle stop adding triethylamine, then go on blow air to clean the sand core.
