QNP has a strong production and processing capability. All the main and key components are processed by our Mitsubishi Planer Five Sides Machining Center and hundreds of other numerical control lathes. Standard and modular components improve our production efficiency through high accuracy, reliability and processing technology.
Our state of the art quality test center is made up of our Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Chemical Analysis Lab, and our Accurate Measuring Lab. Our High Speed Dynamic Balancing Test Machine can test rotors at 15 thousand Revolutions Per Minute. Our Steam Turbine Test Platform can perform load tests and performance verification tests. Our Germany Spectrum Analysis Instrument, Trilinear Coordinates Measuring Instrument and Speed Test Platform provide reliable assurance of product quality.
