Mechanical transmission system of ZTF is controlled by automatic photoelectric control system, and driving the gird of photovoltaic panels (Solar cell matrix), likes sunflower towards sunshine to obtain the most effective tracking works.
ZTF has single axis tracking and dual-axis tracking models. Single type is tracking sunshine by horizontal rotation of grid photovoltaic panel, it can increase power generation more than 40%. Dual-axis type is driven by the angle change of horizontal rotation and prone, so that the grid photovoltaic panel can focus on the sun at any time. The Dual -axis model can operate in the nonlinear movement of the sun light tracking, ensures that the sunlight axis is always vertical exposure on photovoltaic panels array. Therefore, the photovoltaic array can absorb sunshine anytime to maximize the power efficiency
The ZTF generates power 1.4 times more than fixed power generation system. To raise the power efficiency more1.7 times, adding prone and tracking device is absolute solution.
Because of the difference of the sunlight angle, the effective time of general fixed solar power generation system is just 3 hours, but ZTF end on sun at anytime, lengthened the effective generation time, about 12 hours in summer, even 8 hours in winter, so that greatly increases the generation efficiency
Photoelectric control system of ZTF is a commander and control center for tracking movement of grid photovoltaic panel. It can follow the different position of sunlight, giving command to the driving mechanism to move the grid photovoltaic panel on time. Adjusting the horizontal and prone angle automatically, to ensure the photovoltaic array can always perpendicular to the light axis of sunlight in the movement of tracking sun from sunrise to sunset. It also gives command grid photovoltaic panel automatic return to origin at night. For class 10 wind speed, it can drive grid automatic return to the horizontal position on time, ensuring the safety of equipment.
