SOLAR WATER HEATER PARTS:
The split pressurized solar water heater compose of solar collector, tank, copper coil, controller, work station and installation parts
1) Inner of tank: Titanium Steel 2mm or 3 mm & Enamel Coating0.5mm
2) Outer of tank: Stainless steel
3) Vacuum tube: Borosilicate glass with aluminun absorption layer of magnertron sputtering
4) Thickness of insulation layer: 50mm computerized pressurizing and foaming of polyurethane
5) Bracket materials: Aluminum alloy
6) Fasteners and connector: Stainless steel screw and copper
7) Sealing ring: Polymer silicone rubber
8) Reflective angle: 0~45 degree

SOLAR WATER HEATER FEATURES:
1) Pipeline is made of all red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid
2) Anti-freezed(-40C) as no water inside of the tubes when works
3) The collector can be put on both tilted roof and flat roof
4) The tank can be put anywhere in house
5) Tank is equipped with Electric Heating System and automatic temperature controller
6) The controller ensure the whole system operates safety
7) Longer heat hold time: For 100 hours, due to enamel tank itself is insulated to heat;
8) 5 years guarantee tank, the real working life will be over 50 years.
SOLAR WATER HEATER WORKING PRINCIPLE:
1) The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.
2) If discrepancy of temperature between the collector and water tank meets the value that set in advance on controller, it will start the circulating pump automatically
3) Thus the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to copper coil in the tank to heat the water
4) Or if too cold outside, it will start the circulating pump automatically to provent the tube(outside) to be iced
5) In case there is not enough sunlight, the controller will start Electric Heating System to heat water in tank
