Principles:
PAS nitrogen generator produces nitrogen by using carbon molecular sieve as sorbent.
Under certain pressure, carbon molecular sieve has more powerful adsorption capability for oxygen than for nitrogen. Auto pneumatic valve can realize six towers alternative adsorption and desorption. Then give off oxygen and produce target purity nitrogen.
Applications:
1. Metallurgy: Used in metal heating treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic, copper process, metallic mesh, galvanized wire and semiconductor.
2. Chemical and new material industry: Used in chemicals, rubber, plastic, tyre, polyurethane, biological technology, intermediate and so on.
3. Electronic industry: Used in peak welding, circumfluence welding, crystal, piezoelectricity, electronic copper tape, battery, electronic alloy material and so on.
