The single-stage Coal gasifier
The single-stage Coal gasifier is produced by KEWEI with the following features:
Large gas production, high gasification rate, adapt to various kinds of coal, uniform air distribution, easy to operate and maintain, and strong safety performance, which are widely used in various industries. According to customer's different requirements, we produced the KW1M series coal gasifier with automatic stoking type and manualstoking type.
Structural features:
Furnace structure: Water jacket structure, self-produced steam pressure of 49Kpa (or 294Kpa), which can be directly passed into the gas stove and used as the gasification agent to reduce the user's investmentburden.
Stoker mechanism: The automatic stoker adoptshydraulicdrive or motordrive, and there are various kinds of structures: Double bell jar, top board and under bell jar, top barrel middle board and under bell jar, top barrel with double bell jars, etc. The manualstoker adopts double bell jars. The above types are easy to operate and maintain, and with good seal features.
Ash removal system adopts hydraulic drive ratchet pawl or worm gearing to realize double sides wet ash removal.
