Industrial oxygen generator produced by LANLING is assorted with multiple generation parts which is an all in one pure oxygen generator. Inside the generator, there have multiple set of molecular sieves making compression and filtration. It generates oxygen from the air, high pressure pump pumps in the air, the air go through molecular sieves, nitrogen be filtered, expel at regular time, the residual pure oxygen output to the oxygen needed equipment.
Because the temperature rapidly goes up while compressing, so it need a cooling device during air compression. Before the air goes through the sieves, vapour in the air must be removed, otherwise the sieves will blocked up. We fitted water cooling system and drying system on the metal pipe, meanwhile, also fitted cooling fan outside the case for cooling, lower the power of the whole machine furthermore. Compressed air has decompression process at the outlet, here it needs a pressure buffer, to gurantee its stable output. Overall, a full equiped oxygen generator includes a cooling recirculating water in/outlet, a condensated water outlet, and a pure oxygen outlet.
