Founded in 1970, Changzhou Hongguang Optical Cable Accessory Manufaturing Co., Ltd. (the former Changzhou Hongguang Plastic Factory) specializes in the research and development of various plastic spools and accessories of electric wires and cables and communication cables, with the technica support of Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute. The company is one of drafting unit of National Industry Standards of PNS-type Machine Spool for Processing Electric Wires and Cables, and a member unit of Cable-wire Industry Association of Shanghai. Moreover, the company has passed the certification of ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System.

After years of development, the company has become one of the biggest spool manufacturersin China, with two production bases and two commercial companies. To expand the market of Southeast Asia and strengthen international competitiveness, the company invested to build a branch factory in Thailand in 2008 to internationalize our products. The company boasts its 5, 000-square-meter plastic injecting production and assembly field, large injection molding machines, and stong design and production capacity.

Our plastic spools, made of ABS engineering plastics, are produced according to the standard strictly and can be customized. At present, our plastic spools, with full specifications, are divided into four classes, namely process turnover spools(PN series), finished product delivery spools(PC and DIN series), lacquer wire spools(PCZ series)and welding wire spools and bare coper wire spools, which are sutrable for optical fibers and cables, data cable, communication cables, power cables, lacquer wires, tinned wires and welding wires, and can meet the requirements of different users. We also provide guide rollers and pay-off stands.
