Production
Nitrogen generation by Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process is a technology used to separate nitrogen from a mixture of gases under pressure according to the special selective adsorption characteristics of the Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS).
Absorbent carbon molecular sieve is a material containing tiny pores of a precise and uniform size that is used as an adsorbent for gases. When the pressure is high enough, the oxygen molecules, which pass through the pores of CMS much faster than the nitrogen molecules, are adsorbed.
While the coming out nitrogen molecules will be enriched in gas phase. The enriched oxygen air, adsorbed by the CMS, will be released by reducing the pressure.

Our company is a professional supplier of molecular sieve and activated alumina.
Our various specifications of carbon molecular sieve, molecular sieve 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X and activated alumina are served as desiccant, adsorbent and catalyst. Our CMS has been taken as standard goods by many big and medium-size PSA nitrogen manufacturers.
Since we entered this field, quality has always been put in the first place during company development. All of our productions have awarded the authentication of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system. They were really liked by our clients in the EU and America. Now we can provide various kinds of molecular sieve and activated alumina 8000MT and 30000MT respectively every year.
We are ready to be enthusiastic to make friends, more willing to cooperate in good faith with friends and to get common development and progress!
