Palm Plantation Power Plant Generator Unit
2MW back pressure steam turbine generator set with 420V direct outgoing voltage developed by our company for palm oil mill, suitable for superheating steam and saturated steam, with compact size, convenient operation, firstly originated in our country, has already been operated successfully in Malaysia.
The back pressure steam turbine is selected with single-layer arrangement. Based on many years of practical experience, we have made several improvements on the traditional turbine unit to make it more suitable for the use in palm oil mill, such as:
Unity and modularity of the overall structure, make the unit more compact and reduce on-site installation and commissioning work.
Improve the turbine structure to meet inlet requirement of superheated steam as well as the saturated team.
Using hydraulic control system, easier for operation.
Simplify the oil station system, select the tube-type oil cooler, easier for maintenance.
Based on the introduced technology of Siemens low voltage generator, we successfully developed the low-voltage (420V) generator of 2000KW and put into operation. The generator outlet design is also flexible based on actual demand.
