Oxygen generator's working principle:
Oxygen generators to directly separate oxygen and nitrogen in the air by PSA action of molecule sieve to produce oxygen with high purity. The unit can continuously supply oxygen. Principle of PSA(pressure swing adsorption): When pressurizing, the molecule sieve adsorbs nitrogen(nitrogen molecule is adsorbed in pore of molecule sieve), but oxygen molecule is few adsorbed, majority of which passes by the particle surface of molecule sieve; Under normal pressure, desorbs (discharge nitrogen from molecule sieve pore)simultaneously recoils it to the air with partial of oxygen. Move in cycles, achieving the purpose of unceasingly separating oxygen from air. In order to continuously separate oxygen, two adsorption tin are commonly used, one is for pressurizing, adsorbing, and generating oxygen; The other is for relieving pressure, desorbing, and discharging nitrogen. Such cycle operation, unceasingly separate oxygen more than 90%'s oxygen content.
Precaution of using oxygen generator:
1). Oxygen is combustion-supporting gas. Precautions must be taken to avoid fire when the unit is in operation. Avoid heat sources or fire, do not stack the combustible object near the machine, do not smoke nearby. To reduce fire risk, oil or grease shall not be applied on the oxygen generator or the parts.
2). When the oxygen generator is used, place it in ventilated and clean indoor, ensuring the air source dry and oxygen content normal.
3). Please pay attention to safety of electric user, do not start up the unit if plug or power cable is damaged; Please unplug the unit and shut off the power before fuse is exchanged or the unit is cleaned.
4). In case the voltage is out of the operation range or fluctuates tremendously, please install manostat before operation.
5). Do not set the float of flow meter at zero position when oxygen generator is used.
6). Exchange filter parts in time. If filter parts needs to be cleaned, after cleaning, it can't be installed in machine, until it was dried absolutely.
Casual Method for failure of eliminating oxygen generator's trouble:
Oxygen generator provide oxygen source for ozone generator, so if there is any failure on oxygen generator, but ozone generating unit runs fine, you can use industrial oxygen tank and relief valve to replace oxygen generator, in order to make ozone generator work normally.
Adjust pressure of oxygen tank to less than or equal 0.1Mpa, connecting bottle oxygen to inlet (the below one) of flow meter by soft pipe. For more details, please refer to the eighth item in first part.
Note: Cut off power supply when user modify air pipe.
