When the oxygen purity is about 30% and the scale is less than 1, 5000 nm3/h, the cost of investment, maintenance and operation in membrane method is only 65%~75% of the cost of cryogenic method and psa method, furthermore, the less of the scale, the more economic of the membrane method.
