Compressed air after cleaning and drying goes through pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the adsorber. Due to dynamics effect, oxygen's diffusion rate in micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much faster than that of nitrogen. Before the adsorption reaches balance, nitrogen is concentrated in gas phase and forms nitrogen product. After that nitrogen is decompressed to normal pressure; The adsorbent desorbs its adsorbed oxygen and other impurities; And nitrogen achieves regeneration. Generally, the system has two adsorption towers: One tower is responsible for nitrogen adsorption and production; The other tower is responsible for nitrogen desorption and regeneration. The PLC automatically controls to switch the role of the two towers, in order to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.

The device is characterized by simple process, room temperature production, high degree of automation, convenient startup and close-down, less wearing parts, easy maintenance, and low production costs.
