1.Electrolytic tank
In November 2011 we have got the national invention patent certificate.Small volume.full seal,high efficiency(electrolytic efficiency reached 88%),without cleaning,leading technology.
2.Equipment supplies is only tap water
After adding the electrolyte only need water in the subsequent using,the capacity of the water storage is 9.5 Liter,automatically water supply 3.5 liter per time,for each car need 0.5 liter water and 40 minutes.

The electrolytic tank has cooling circulation system,will not shut down by over heat.
4.Structural design optimization,convenient for maintenance
Electrolytic tank does not need dismantle for cleaning,after 500 to 1000 hours,only need to replace the electrolyte.There is liquid inlet on the top of the electrolytic tank,and liquid outlet at the bottom,so the replacement is convenient and rapid.
5.Full Automatic Control
The equipment adopts PLC automatic control,automatic detection whether the engine is flame out,automatic detection of water level in electrolytic tank,automatic water supply,automatic detection of gas pressure(high pressure will shut down),according to the setting temperature,automatic open the circulating cooling system.
6.Safety device
a.High water level protection(to prevent the water level is too high to follow the gas entering the engine)
b.Engine flame out protection(stop gas supply when engine flame out,and remove the residual hydrogen-oxygen,protect the engine when restart)
c.Anti backfire device(if encountered fire,pressure relief valve working,no damage to equipment)
d.Explosion proof device(equipment contains 8 kg explosion membrane, ensure the safety of personnel and equipment)
