Under the initial distillation by lower tower, the liquid air and pure liquid nitrogen was obtained. The liquid air, waste liquid nitrogen and pure liquid nitrogen taken from lower tower, after cooled by liquid air/liquid nitrogen subcooler and restriction entered upper tower. After further distillation, the purity of 99.6% liquid oxygen was obtained in the bottom of upper tower, as a product out of the cold box. Liquid nitrogen was taken from the top of lower tower, after cooled, as a product out of the cold box.
