Features
1. Ozone generator is a compact machine which with PCB controller into the body of the unit, also can generate ozone to sterilize the air by its oxidation and be deoxidized into oxygen without secondary pollution.
2. Outer electrical pole is made of stainless steel and takes anti-puncture crystal as a dielectric. The discharge compartment is wholly sealed to keep the unit operation safely.
3. PSU (Power Supply Unit) is the core technique of the unit, included frequency conversion and boost converter. It adopts soft start to make the unit to operate stably with high load capacity and highly efficient.
4. The unit should operate together with a clean air intake.
5. Discharge compartment is cooled by wind cooling system. The unit will produce electric discharge sound and ozone output stably without damaging components.
Preparation
1. The unit should operate in dry and ventilated spaces. Please shield it from direct sunshine and rain, if it must work outside.
2. For air purification, the unit can operate with a silicon hose and the other end of the hose leads to the place where need to sterilize. For water purification, the unit can operate with a silicon hose and the other end of the hose is put into water with a air stone.
3. Please make sure the silicon hose is in good condition and proper function.
4. Please verify the whether one-way valve and the silicon hose is in the right direction or not.
Usage
1. Insert into 220V socket with a earth wire and voltage meter.
2. Switch the unit on, the unit operate continuously.
3. Switch the off, set the right timing and your desired operation time from 1min to 60mins.
4. Turn the switch and operation indicator on (green light), pump operates. Twisting the knob and set the time for ozone output.
5. Do not smell ozone with your nose directly from the ozone outlet.
Care and Maintenance
1. Please keep the surface of unit clean.
2. Please replace the silicon hose when it is broken.
Note:
1. When used for air purification, it is advised that people should leave the sterilization area in case of respiratory system stimulation because of high density of ozone.
2. When used as water purification, please mount with anti-reflux device in case of damaging the unit (It is advised to put antioxidant in the air intake to keep ozone dry).
3. The voltage is 220V/50Hz and there is high voltage inside. Please make sure there is a earth wire and avoid electric shock.
4. Do not smell ozone directly in case of respiratory system stimulation. Especially the pregnant and children.
5. Please shut off the power if it do not use for a long time.
