System uses the overseas famous brand air compressors, energy-conserving high-efficient, continuously provide the compressed air raw material for oxygen system.
Operating principle
Shengda medical molecular sieve oxygen equipment, it is the application of advanced variable pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, the new equipment to make extract oxygen from air. It use air as raw material, with zeolites molecular sieve as adsorbent, in room temperature under low pressure, use of oxygen and nitrogen zeolites selective adsorption, absorption capacity with adsorption pressure increases and with the decrease of the reduced pressure adsorption properties. In pressurized conditions adsorption nitrogen, oxygen enrichment, pressure conditions desorption nitrogen, meanwhile regeneration molecular sieve, circular alternant, thereby separating out oxygen. The specific work process is to compress air and it is cleaned by air dryer and by switching valve into adsorption tower. In adsorption tower, nitrogen gas is adsorbed by molecular sieve, Oxygen in treating the buildup of adsorption by oxygen tanks entered, then after divide peculiar smell, dusting and aseptic filtration, namely be qualified medical oxygen. The whole process of oxygen for physical adsorption process, no chemical reaction, free from pollution to the environment
