HOW IT WORKS

The PSA process is an extremely clean operation and the only 'raw material' is air. On-site oxygen generators allow for an uninterrupted supply of gas with a high purity output. This means that you can produce oxygen where and when you need it, and in the exact quantity and quality you need.
PSA = Pressure Swing Absorption and nitrogen molecules are absorbed under pressure. Using two columns with molecular sieves to ensure continuous production.
6 bar(g) dry compressed air feed one column of the oxygen generator where the pressure is built. N2 is tied to a molecular sieve during pressurization, and the O2 is allowed to pass through to the oxygen receiver tank.
While pressure is build in on vessel, the second remains standby without pressure. A part of the produced gas is used for regeneration of the molecular sieve in the standby column.
High Quality Zeolite Molecular Sieve is inside the columns of the oxygen generator. The molecular sieve is fully regenerative and has a life span of minimum 40.000 operation hours in the oxygen Generators.
