The process:
1. Air compression: Air was compressed to 0.5-0.7Mpa by air compressor.
2. Precool: Air was precooled 5° C-10° C in the precooling unit and separate moisture.
3. Purification: Air was eliminated the remaining water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons.
4. Air expansion: Air was expanded and refrigerated in the air expansion, also provide the device cold flow.
