Zhongtai supply conventional air separation cold boxes, liquid ASU cold box and inter-pumping process ASU cold box. Zhongtai supply oxygen, nitrogen or argon liquefaction plants and cold box as well. Zhongtai's products, based on ASME code or PED/CE regulation have been exported to 23 countries and regions including USA, Europe, Russia, India and Korea, etc, some of them are exported by Air Products or Air Liquide. The biggest ASU capacity that Zhongtai's products have been applied is 120,000Nm3/H.

Hangzhou Zhongtai Cryogenic Technology Corporation (hereafter called as Zhongtai), a filiale of Zhejiang Zhongtai Group, is a Provincial High-New Tech Enterprise. Zhongtai is specialized in the development, design, manufacture and technical service of cryogenic technical equipments, especially the design and fabrication of cryogenic plant in chemical and energy industries. The key products of Zhongtai are aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, columns and cold box, as well as spiral-wound heat exchanger. Zhongtai is provided with advanced design ability, first-class facilities and perfect quality control system. Zhongtai has more than 50 patents regarding two-phase flow distribution, liquid nitrogen purifying syngas, coke oven gas into LNG, methane and argon recovery from synthetic ammonia tail gas etc.
Zhongtai occupies 164, 000 M2 area, with two facilities, total covered shop space of 100, 000 M2 and spacy assembly workshops, near big docks. Gaoqiao factory is for non-ferrous metal products, with a covered shop of 30, 000 M2, mainly for the fabrication of aluminium plate-fin heat exchanger, aluminium and titanium vessel and aluminium high pressure column. Jiangnan factory is mainly for ferrous metal products, like stainless steel and cryogenic steel column, vessel and tank, as well as the final assembly of big size equipments.
Zhongtai is devoted to realizing the demands of customers for industrial gas separation, purification, decontamination and liquefaction by using our advanced cryogenic technology.
The products of Zhongtai are widely used in petrochemical industry, natural gas industry, big size fertilizer devices, air separation plants, foodstuff machinery, locomotives, watercrafts, large engineering mechanism, compressors and fields of national defence, electron, electric power, aviation and aerospace, etc.
