Nitrogen plant is one of our leading products. Since establishment, we have manufactured many different models of nitrogen plants, which won a good reputation by its low power consumption, stable performance and larger liquid capacity. As per its different delivery pressure, we divide the nitrogen plants into two types:
The first type uses the conventional process;
The second type uses our exclusive process.
Tested by "National Quality Supervisal and Inspection Center for Separation and Liquefaction of Industrial Gases" in 2003, the power consumption of KDN-1600/60Y is 0.22Kw.h/Nm3 N2. Its recovery ratio of N2 reaches to 70%, and the N2 delivery pressure is about 2barg. Such performance is very suitable for the demand of flat glass processing industry. The specifications of this process can be extended as per customers' requirements.

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co. Ltd. ("XLA" for short) was established in 1992 and located in Xiangcheng Development District of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, covering an area of about 68, 000 square meters.
XLA focuses on the development and innovation of technology and specializes in designing and manufacturing the cryogenic air separation plant, LNG plant, LNG and CNG gas filling station, off gas recovery plant and etc. The plant are applied into many fields such as metallurgy, petrochemistry, electronics, medicine, construction, magnetic material, textile, heat treatment etc., and exported to about 20 countries such as North America, Middle-East, South-East Asia and etc.
XLA has been ranted Certificate of ISO9001: 2008, Certificate of New and High-tech Enterprise, Engineering Technology Research Center of Cryogenic Equipment of Jiangsu Province, ASME Certificate of Authorization, NB Certificate of Authorization. XLA is licensed for design and manufacture of pressure vessels class I, II and III and the Self-mangement of Import and Export. XLA has been granted 19 items of "Invention patent", 15 items of "Utility model patent", 4 series of New and High-tech product of Jiangsu Province and 2 series of National Key new product.
Through development for more than 20 years, XLA has grown to the pioneer of design and manufacture of medium and small scale air separation plant in China.
