Genset Running Condition

Standard ambient temperature: 0º C~40º C. Special design is needed when ambient temperature is below 0º C. (Antifreeze or heater is needed for temperature between -20º C~0º C)
Relative humidity<90% (20º C)
Altitude: ≤ 1000m
Suggested Lube oil: French brand TOTAL SAE 15W— 40CF4 Class


Fuel Gas Quality Requirement

Applicable gas: Natural Gas, Biogas, LPG, Coal-bed Gas
Gas temperature: ≤ 40º C
Acceptable gas engine pressure: 210kPa
CH4 volume content: ≥ 30%
Total C2, C3, C4 content: ≤ 20%. Genset output power will decrease as the Cx content increases.
Gas heat value: ≥ 23MJ/Nm3, Genset output power will decrease as the gas heat value decreases.
H2S content: ≤ 200mg/Nm3
NH3 content: ≤ 20mg/Nm3
Impurities content: ≤ 30mg/Nm3. Size: ≤ 5um
Water content: ≤ 40g/Nm3. No free water.
Cogeneration (also combined heat and power, CHP) refers to the use of a heat engine or a power station to simultaneously generates both electricity and useful heat. E. G. Thermal power stations. The heat engine can be installed with CHP system to convert the waste heat into power.

Cogeneration on heat engines, (including those running on diesel, petroleum, and gas), collects heat mostly from exhaust gas, jacket water, and sometimes from intercooler through heat exchangers. In this way, like a fan radiator, it replaces standard cooling system of heat engines. Besides, it can also convert the heat into either warm water (for household heating) or steam (for industrial boiler) depending on final applications.

Gas type: Natural gas, biogas, CBM etc.
Gas Generator Set Features:
1. There should not contain liquid water or particulate matter(impurity <5um)
2. Gas calorific value ≥ 5000kca1/1, genset power will reduce when calorific value <5000kca1/1.
3. Sulfide content not more than 250mg/m³ , Gas should be desulfided when sulfide content surpass fixed content. (marks: Engine will be easy to be destroied when sulfide content goes too high.
4. Electronic air/gas mixer, which can supply best air fuel ratio to improve working efficiency and reduce Nox emision. Special regulation system is used to gas of mathane content above 30%.
5. Ignition system: High-precision Altronic ignition system imported from US prolongs engine's working life and improve the stability.
6. Long overhual period: 18000-25000 hours
7. Automatic smart control system, easy to handle. Duing the working time, genset processing automatic troubles testing.
8. Genset is approved by CE, ISO9001, 2008, 14001, 2004, 2007 and OHSAS18001.
