(3) Capacity of wind resistance:
Due to the advantage of darrieus design, HWKSP turbines suffered in stronger wind force is minimized.
Once in a higher wind speed more than 60 meters/per second,such as hurricane,
turbines would need to be controlled at scope of RPM for safety reasons by automatic yaw controlling system .
