Dual-Effect Concentrator
The equipment is suitable for low temperature vacuum condensation of heat-sensitive material such as Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, dairy products and chemicals. It has been designed by careful calculation and improving. The benefit is better than quondam. User may choose different concentrator according to different concentrating requirement.
Alcohol recycling
Big capacity of recycling, vacuum operation improves the techniques flow of the equipment. High recycling rate of 95% reduces the alcohol loss to less than 5%. Energy cost reduced by 30%, small investment and big profit.
Contracting the liquid material
Combination of external cycling and vacuum vaporizing, quick vaporizing,high condensing specific gravity (1.3-1.4),simple operation, small area taking; nice appearance, heater, vaporizer and heat keeper integrated and stainless steel board as the protection for external heat-keeping. It is according to GMP standard.
