Featrues of containerized generator set:
1. High integrated power plant
The containerized generator set holds the generator and control parts in one container and the radiator (with multifans), silencer, exhaust hest exchanger are installed on the container roof, all forming an independent standardized power plant with flexible adjustment of power plant capacity.
2. Fine appearance, easy for lifting and shipment
The design of generator container is in accordance with standard container, and the container is produced by professional manufacturer with good presentation and ease for lifting and shipment.
3. Low noise
As a type of silent gensets, stringent technical measures are taken to control noise emission of the genset. According to factory testing, when genset container is fully closed, containerized genset's noise emission is ≤ 80dB(A) during the day and ≤ 70dB(A) at night (1 meter away from genset).
4. Forced ventilation, stabilized interior temperature at fully closed operation
During fully closed operation, forced ventilation can ensure normal radiating of equipment inside the container. The flow fan has different blowing speed according to temperature status inside the container. Forced ventilation system controls the temperature rise to the level of ≤ 10 degree centigrade, also gas detector and explosion proof lamp is installed inside the container.
5. Enough space for operation and maintenance
Following measures are taken to ensure enough space inside the container:
Using wide container: Width of 3000mmm, each side of the genset has extra width of 620mm;
Pipe system of the engine is completely elevated, all pipes, valves, regulators are hoisted on the roof of the container;
6. Less civil construction, quick and easy installation
Compared with traditional power plant, AVESPEED generator only needs a cement foundation for installation. Electricity can be generated after installation on site and connected with water, electricity and gas. The construction period is sharply reduced.
7. Small space, water and energy conservation
The highly integrated AVESPEED generator needs less construction space, is equipped with radiator and waste heat boiler or heat exchanger thus enhancing energy utilization efficiency and conserving water resource.
8. High automation level, large automatic power plant can be constructed
AVESPEED generator, equipped with advanced automation control hardware and software, gives an automatic and stable operation. The operation parameters of generator can be in the form of remote transmission of data to control room hence large scale automatic power plant can be built. With the option of such communication function of computer network and mobile phone network the operation can be fully automated.
