A certain proportion of methanol and desalted water mixture is sent to vaporization tower after preheating through heat exchanger. Then the water methanol steam after evaporation, through overheater and reactor and under catalyst bed, gets catalytic cracking and conversion reacting, and finally output pyrolysis gas of 74% H2 and 24% CO2. The pyrolysis gas gets into washing tower after heat exchanging, cooling and condensating, then the Tower kettle collect the unfinish-conversion methanol for recycling together with water, while the gas is sent to purify by PSA set.
