3, Pitch controlled element
The PLC control system that can vary the pitch angle (turn the blade around its own axis) of the turbine blades to decrease the torque produced by the blades so that it can protect generator from burning when wind speed is beyond the rated speed of generator. Furthermore, the pitch-controlled systems to have a constant power output above the rated wind speed.
