MICROPANEL-40 Generator monitor is the new design product that special for the intelligent generator unit. Special CMOS chip, solidified procedure, to inhance the professional performance.

Introduction:
1. The integration of design, more reasonable structure and easier to install. The material of shell is metal with anodized oxidation spray, moistureproof, anti-spatter, anti-jamming, anti-radiation, anti-salt spray(according to the requirements of additional processing), it can work under the environment of temperature -40 centigrade~+50centigrade, humidity 95% un-jell. And also can match the demand of military, communications and plateau.
2. Humanization interface, it can be monitored more conveniently. It's use of large-size LED digital that display the pressure of line voltage and current real-time measurements long distance and clearly.
The control window can display the real time measurement datas by page turning, such as: Active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, power factor, three phases voltage, and setting the protection parameters and look over the setting parameters.
3. The parameters can be setted: CT ratio of current transformer; Pre-alarm of less voltage and over voltage; Alarm of less voltage and over voltage; Voltage alarm delay; Pre-alarm of less frequency and over frequency; Alarm of less frequency and over frequency; Frequency alarm delay; Pre-alarm of over frequency, over frequency alarm, over frequency alarm delay; Pre-alarm of over current, over current alarm, over current alarm delay.
4. Wide current and wide frequency design, wider application range. It's available to set the CT ratio of current transformer as actual need; Frequency range: 10-600Hz(1. Type 10-65Hz, 2. Type 10-600Hz).

Power factor ± 3%, active power± 3%, reactive power ± 3%, apparent power ± 1%, frequency ± 0.2%.
6. Application of super-current inverse time lag characteristics, can be setted the parameters of control and protection.
7. Communication system: System adopts RS-485 MOBUS mode, 1-254 address can be setted, speed 9600. All the setting can be setted by computer directly by communication mode.
8. Software support: We can offer the communication protocol of system with no charge, and the user can workout the monitor software by themselves.
